No wonder this world is so chronically "fucked-up-the-ass". I wonder how many of these types of people are in some kind of position of authority. Even one of them just being a store manager can wreak some kind of havoc (is that why customer service sucks so bad these days).
Of course these people are all fully-qualified to parent a child. How is a license not required to create another human being?
