This reminds me of some dogs we had when I was a kid. We had an elderly chihuahua who was on heat, and a young staghound who thought he would like to help out. He picked her up with one of his front paws and tried to use her like a fleshlight. She was quite happy with this arrangement. Fortunately for everyone involved he wasn't successful in making contact.
