As a hardcore agnostic, I just want to point out that's just stupid. Do you know anything about what Christian missionaries and charities do? The missionaries I've known... let's see, a few were doctors who went and provided specialist medical care and training in a local hospital. One was a psychologist who worked to reform a moderately-sized town's mental health programs. No doubt the charities in Japan are going to be servicing the primary needs of the people first, and probably nothing else. They do it to show people they are genuinely highly intelligent and compassionate people, which is more than can be said for a lot of atheists who insult them like this. Yes, there are problems with some Christians' behaviour. Yes, it is fair to criticise organised religion in regards to particular issues. This isn't one of them.
