I work with a girl who does this - she will approach you and say "I slept with (blank).  Don't tell anyone - I'm only telling you because I trust you".  You then turn the corner and there she is, talking to someone else and saying the exact same thing, and it goes on and on, until everyone knows.  It's hilarious.
