I have been faking being a psych nurse for so long now..... Most days I work on best guess..... and people believe it. For years I was waiting for someone to say - "you don't have any idea what your doing, you're a fake ".....
There was a guitar player called Chet Atkins who was famous for his guitar playing but he didn't seem to think he was that good. Most days after he finished a show he came off stage he would smile and say " fooled 'em again"
Oh good, so I don't need to worry so much about the fact that I never have any real idea about what I am doing... I guess it really is the thing of "say anything with confidence and people will believe you..."

There is always the possibility that you do know what you are doing but don't realise it.
