I have an uncle who ate with a Splayd for many years, although I think he used a knife as well. I think I have seen all of these except the Knork - are they real? In summer here you get packs of Kiwi fruit with a free Spife, although I think they call it a "Kiwi Tool" or something like that.Via

I've seen knorks, but never known that's what they were called.
Did you know the splayd is an Australian invention? I hate them. They cut the fuck out of my mouth.

I have vague recollections of knowing the Splayd was an Aussie invention. I'm not a fan either. Not one of our shining moments!
