Don't blame me....

As you may have heard the Australian Federal election held on Saturday was less than successful - it is currently a hung parliament, a dead heat.  The incumbent Labor government and the Liberal National Coalition both have 73 out of 150 seats.  There is one Green party member, who will align himself with the Labor party.
There are three independent politicians, that is they are not affiliated with either major party, and they will decide who gets to govern, or whether we go back to the polls.  They are all former National Party members, but they state that they will evaluate both sides before making a decision.  It could be another 7-10 days before we know who is in charge.

Someone on the radio made the best comment - "The people have spoken, and they said 'meh'...".

So if anyone feels like coming Down Under and seizing control in a military coup, now would be the best time.
